Monday, while out doing errands, I had to stop for gas. For some reason, I just couldn’t stop laughing at the sign I found there. It was a Circle-K/Marathon station. The pump read “Please Prepay in Advanced”… Ha! I still get a chuckle out of it today. It really made my day.

Then I stoped at Hardies for a burger. There are not many Hardies around in N.E. Ohio (there use to be) but this one survived. I just got a normal burger through the drive through. When I opened the bag, it came in a box. I thought, “Oh great, this is going to make a mess in the car as it doesn’t have a paper wrapper to hold it by (and catch mustard/ketchup that falls).” Low and behold, it had a nice paper pouch pre-folded for you to just grab and eat. How nice!

Anyway, I love the little simple things that happen through the day that makes it special, they don’t have to be much… like that silly sign!
